Return Policy

 

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • Free Return Period: Returns postmarked within the first 14 days of delivery for free return shipping. 

  • Final Sale Items: All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of price.

  • Condition of Items:

    • Returns must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

    • Hygienic liners must be intact on applicable items.

    • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which must be placed inside a shipping box or mailer. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.

    • Handbags and purses must include their original dust bag if provided.

    • Sets must be returned complete with all items and correct sizes as originally sold.

  • Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or item, please place a new order.
