HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (retail only)
- Place all unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging and remove any old shipping labels.
- Make sure you have your order number and email ready, then begin the return process through our returns portal.
- After initiating the return, our support team will email you with return instructions. Please follow the instructions to prepare your parcel for return shipment.
- Once your return has been shipped, please keep your return receipt until your refund has been processed.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return, and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed.

RETURN GUIDELINES
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, with previous shipping labels removed.
- Final Sale Items: All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of price.
- Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or item, please place a new order.

Global Return Rules
We offer free returns for U.S. orders valued at $50 or more.
If the order total is below $50, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
