• Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering
to you. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you
• Return packages postmarked within the first 10 days of the delivery date
qualify for free return shipping. Return packages postmarked after the first 10 days of delivery will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount
• No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any
price
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner
• Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not
be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer
• Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold Exchanges

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won't leave you hanging! 

 

Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any final sale items, which are returned, will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

International returns
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases,
Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses, so please send

UNIT 1-14. Include your Invoice + Eligible Items in the Return Package and
obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse,
it takes 3-5 business days for our Team to process; then we will email you an E-
Gift Card with store credit.
